I have been in artificial intelligence since before it became popular. I was a developer for Higher Level Systems in the late nineteen nineties when Fuzzy Logic was the new and shiny buzzword. Later on I was strategy director for dunnhumby who created the concept of big data. After that I was company secretary for True Knowledge the company that William Tunstall Pedoe started that went on to become Amazon Alexa. Later on I got back in contact with Jon Redgrave, a mathematician from the year before me at Girton. Jon had been playing around with the maths behind neural networks and had found a new approach to the mathematics. On the basis of this new maths we created Capisco.
